Paul Plishka, best Fiesco ever, gives his last performance at the Met in tomorrow's Tosca broadcast. The NYT's City Room has a few stories. His name might not really be Baseball, but he has been a great player for the home team.
Of course we can't prove here that he's the best Fiesco ever, for that you'll have to look on Sirius for those Boccanegras from '84 and '86. But here's another from his wheelhouse.
