oh, i've been having same problem.. though ffmpeg and libx264 compression in combo has reduced video size down to 1/6 to 1/10! so i've been making room that way...
on totally unrelated note, 2 friends of mine once went on a bike tour in new zealand (i also wanted to go but didn't manage...) and one said her biking companion was so disorganized with the content in his bike bags that he always ended up using stuff out of her bags... sort of like me always coming here to click on links to blogs i want to read, while the content on mine is all messy and full of things i don't need :D. but i always reluctant to delete my messy sidebar coz in case i ever want to find something (that i obviously haven't needed for the last 2 yrs :D)
If I did video, I'd be way deeper in the weeds :-)
Other people's blog rolls exist to be utilized! And I can offer good anecdotal evidence for why it's a bad idea to get rid of things just because one hasn't used them in a while.
